Name/description (English dictionary lookups) match the SKILL.md instructions; there are no unrelated required binaries, environment variables, or config paths.

Instruction Scope

SKILL.md contains explicit, narrow instructions for formatting definitions, pronunciations, inflections, collocations and example sentences; it does not ask the agent to read local files, access secrets, or transmit data to third-party endpoints.

Install Mechanism

No install spec and no code files (instruction-only). This minimizes disk writes and external code installation risk.
