第三步：起诉状撰写

1. 文书标题：民事起诉状
2. 当事人信息：按格式填写原告、被告信息
3. 诉讼请求：逐项列明，使用"一、二、三..."编号
4. 事实与理由：按时间顺序陈述，逻辑清晰，重点突出
5. 证据清单：制作证据目录，注明证明目的
6. 结尾：写明致送法院、落款日期、具状人签名

第四步：质量审查

智能体将对生成的起诉状进行审查：
