Purpose & Capability

The skill name, description, and SKILL.md align: it's an onboarding/welcome assistant for a specific community/ecosystem. Minor provenance inconsistencies exist in the packaged metadata (registry-owner ID and version in the provided registry header differ from values in _meta.json and skill.yml), which do not change the skill's runtime behavior but reduce confidence in origin/packaging.

Instruction Scope
