It guides you through defining at least eight distinct persona dimensions, triangulating data from multiple sources, overlaying cultural value frameworks, mapping jobs-to-be-done across functional, emotional, and social dimensions, prioritizing segments, and building a validation loop to reduce stereotyping and keep personas grounded in evidence.

The output is a set of persona profiles you can use to align product, marketing, and sales decisions when entering a new market.

When to Use
