Instruction Scope

Instructions are limited to running a short brainstorm meeting, collecting items from named subagents, synthesizing action items, and reporting a formatted summary. The only broader directive is to 'track ideas in memory for follow-up' which is consistent with meeting workflows.

Install Mechanism

No install spec or code files are present; this is instruction-only so nothing is written to disk or fetched at install time.

Credentials

No environment variables, credentials, or config paths are required. The skill does not ask for unrelated secrets or external service tokens.

Persistence & Privilege

The SKILL.md asks the agent to 'track ideas in memory for follow-up.' Using agent memory is reasonable for this use case but be aware that data retained in memory may persist across sessions depending on your agent's memory policy. Autonomous invocation is allowed by default (normal), but this skill does not request elevated or permanent privileges.
