Purpose & Capability
Name and description match the SKILL.md content and included reference materials: all files describe conversational coaching, planning, and moment-to-moment scaffolding. There are no requirements (binaries, env vars, or config paths) that don't belong to this purpose.
Instruction Scope
SKILL.md instructs purely conversational behavior (modes, strategies, tone, steps to take while interacting with a user). It does not direct the agent to read files, access system state, call external endpoints, or exfiltrate data. The instructions are scoped to supporting users' planning and initiation needs.
Install Mechanism
No install spec and no code files — instruction-only. Nothing will be downloaded or written to disk by the skill bundle itself.
Credentials
The skill declares no required environment variables, no credentials, and no config paths. There is no disproportionate request for secrets or unrelated service tokens.
Persistence & Privilege
Flags show always: false and normal autonomous invocation allowed (disable-model-invocation: false). The skill does not request permanent presence or system-level modifications. Autonomous invocation is the platform default and is not by itself flagged as a concern.
Assessment
This skill is instruction-only and appears internally consistent with its stated goal of conversational executive-function support. Before installing, consider: (1) the skill's source is listed as unknown and has no homepage — prefer skills from authors or registries you trust; (2) this skill will run conversationally and may prompt you to externalize personal or sensitive information during sessions — avoid sharing secrets or private account credentials in conversations; (3) the agent may invoke the skill autonomously by default (normal behavior), so if you want strict manual control, disable autonomous invocation for this skill in your agent settings. If you need stronger assurance, ask the publisher for provenance or a homepage/source repository.

Like a lobster shell, security has layers — review code before you run it.
