This skill fetches a public NicheStarter report preview and formats a weekly digest, with only minor scheduling and trigger-scope considerations.
Install this only if you want an agent to fetch NicheStarter's public weekly preview and produce a digest. For scheduled delivery, explicitly configure the recipient and channel yourself, protect any separate notification credentials, and keep deduplication state limited to the report ID.
