Overview
This is a documentation-only Telegram setup skill with safety-oriented guidance and no hidden code or persistence.
Before installing, make sure you are comfortable using it for Telegram configuration work that may involve bot tokens, chat IDs, logs, gateway restarts, and group permissions. Prefer the skill's safer defaults: allowlists, mention-gating in groups, narrow sender rules, and one active poller or webhook per bot token.
