Contract Generator

Security checks for vulnerabilities and agentic risk

Overview

This is a straightforward contract-template skill that saves generated documents locally and does not show hidden, networked, destructive, or deceptive behavior.

Before installing, be aware that the skill writes generated contracts to local files under output/contracts/. Use an appropriate secure location for client names, addresses, payment terms, and legal terms, and have any generated agreement reviewed by a qualified attorney before relying on it.

Vulnerability Patterns
  • Skill Instruction HijackingAlters the agent's session goals or safety constraints when the skill loads
  • Agent Memory PoisoningWrites attacker-controlled rules into memory that affect later sessions
  • Remote Payload Retrieval and ExecutionFetches external code whose behavior can change after review
  • Embedded Malicious CodeShips malicious scripts inside the skill and executes them locally
  • Unauthorized Access and Privilege EscalationObtains permissions beyond the task's legitimate needs
Vulnerability Patterns
  • Excessive AgencyUnrestricted Tool Access, Autonomous Decision Making, Scope Creep
  • Prompt InjectionInstruction Override, Hidden Instructions, Exfiltration Commands
  • Data ExfiltrationExternal Transmission, Env Variable Harvesting, File System Enumeration
  • Privilege EscalationExcessive Permissions, Sudo/Root Execution, Credential Access
  • Supply ChainUnpinned Dependencies, External Script Fetching, Obfuscated Code

Missing User Warnings

Medium
Category
Not specified by scanner
Confidence
95% confidence
Finding

The skill explicitly saves generated contracts to local files under output/contracts/, but it does not warn users that the output may contain sensitive client names, payment terms, addresses, emails, and other contractual data. In a contract-generation context, this omission materially increases the chance of unintended local persistence, accidental inclusion in backups/sync folders, or later disclosure to other users or processes on the same system.

Scope Creep

Low
Category
Excessive Agency
Confidence
70% confidence
Finding

Skill's behavior or capabilities extend beyond its stated purpose. Scope creep allows an agent to perform actions unrelated to its documented functionality, increasing the attack surface.
