The skill appears to do the advertised trading-signal analysis, but its install instructions use an overbroad system Python package install method.
Install only in an isolated virtual environment, avoid --break-system-packages, and understand that ticker symbols you analyze will be sent to the market-data provider used by yfinance. The code does not show hidden credential access or destructive behavior.

The manifest description and the entire user-facing documentation are written exclusively in Chinese, and the sample output is also fixed to Chinese. There is no indication that users can choose another language or that the Chinese-only behavior is a justified locale-specific constraint, which matches the language/locale policy violation criteria.
Natural-language strings throughout the file, including the module description and all console output, are fixed in Chinese. The file does not provide user opt-in, a configurable locale, or a documented justification that this is intended only for a Chinese-speaking or region-specific environment.
This Python code fetches market data from yfinance by creating a remote ticker object and requesting history data. Although errors are printed, there is no explicit disclosure that running the script will contact an external service and transmit the requested symbol, which qualifies as a network operation lacking a user warning in this file.
No suspicious patterns detected.
