Security audit

imagen-4

Security checks across malware telemetry and agentic risk

Overview

This skill is a straightforward helper for using RunAPI’s Imagen 4 service, with the main user consideration being that image prompts and inputs go to a third-party cloud service.

Install this only if you intend to send image-generation requests through RunAPI. Avoid putting secrets, regulated data, proprietary prompts, or sensitive images into request files unless that transmission is intentional, and prefer secure credential handling over exposing API keys in shell history or logs.

Finding
The skill instructs users to authenticate and submit requests to RunAPI without clearly warning that prompts, images, and related data are transmitted to an external third-party service. In an agent setting, this can lead to accidental disclosure of sensitive user content or proprietary data because users may assume processing is local unless told otherwise.
