This is a markdown-only English writing coaching skill with disclosed Chinese explanations and no code, network access, persistence, or privileged behavior.

Installers should expect this skill to explain English edits in Chinese by default and to prefer American English unless told otherwise. It does not appear to run code or access private data beyond text the user supplies for review.
