Overview
The skill is a disclosed Clinch Protocol negotiation helper; it uses sensitive credentials and can sign deals, but those powers are aligned with its stated purpose and final approval is explicitly user-gated.
Install this only if you intend to let an agent negotiate through Clinch. Keep CLINCH_PASSPHRASE and any dashboard private keys tightly controlled, review seller/server mode before exposing an endpoint, and require clear confirmation before any approve command because that signs a committed deal.
