Overview

This skill is a narrowly scoped Go helper for adding a small prod/dev environment check, with its network and project-file changes disclosed.

Before installing, confirm you want an external Go dependency for a two-state ENV-based switch, and be aware that only ENV=dev is treated as dev while every other value defaults to prod.
