This skill is a narrow fallback web-fetch helper that discloses its local service, token use, and SSRF caution.
Install only if you use the 9Router local backup service. Keep NINEROUTER_KEY in the environment, do not paste tokens into commands or chat, and confirm any URL before fetching if it could target private or internal systems.
