This trust plugin is mostly coherent, but its verification behavior can mark peers as trusted without making signatures or Merkle evidence truly mandatory.

Install only if you are comfortable treating this as an experimental trust helper rather than a hard security boundary. Before relying on it for sensitive sharing or policy decisions, enable strict signature and Merkle settings where available, test that failed signatures are rejected in your workflow, and review the local paths used for identity keys, trust graph state, audit logs, and strict-mode state.
