This is a non-destructive skill-update review helper that only reads installed skill text and fetches the candidate version for comparison.
Reasonable to install for lightweight pre-update checks. Treat its verdict as triage, not a complete security audit, because the free version explicitly omits full instruction diffs and new endpoint/domain reporting; manually review high-risk updates that add exec, write, credentials, broad network access, or unfamiliar endpoints.
