Business Model Canvas Analysis

Security checks for vulnerabilities and agentic risk

Overview

This skill is a simple Business Model Canvas analysis template with no code, persistence, or hidden privileges.

Use this when you want a canvas-structured business model analysis. Because it directs the agent to rely on public business information, verify important facts and avoid including confidential company information unless you intend the agent to analyze it.

Vulnerability Patterns
  • Skill Instruction HijackingAlters the agent's session goals or safety constraints when the skill loads
  • Agent Memory PoisoningWrites attacker-controlled rules into memory that affect later sessions
  • Remote Payload Retrieval and ExecutionFetches external code whose behavior can change after review
  • Embedded Malicious CodeShips malicious scripts inside the skill and executes them locally
  • Unauthorized Access and Privilege EscalationObtains permissions beyond the task's legitimate needs
Vulnerability Patterns
  • Trigger AbuseOverly Broad Trigger, Shadow Command Trigger, Keyword Baiting Trigger
  • Prompt InjectionInstruction Override, Hidden Instructions, Exfiltration Commands
  • Data ExfiltrationExternal Transmission, Env Variable Harvesting, File System Enumeration
  • Privilege EscalationExcessive Permissions, Sudo/Root Execution, Credential Access
  • Supply ChainUnpinned Dependencies, External Script Fetching, Obfuscated Code

Finding

The skill description contains broad activation language such as analyzing company business models, evaluating profit models, and writing business analysis reports, which can match many generic business requests. This increases the chance the agent invokes the skill in situations outside a narrowly intended scope, causing over-selection, context hijacking, or unintended delegation of sensitive business-analysis tasks.
