This official OpenClaw plugin coherently adds Inworld text-to-speech support and only uses the expected API key and network calls needed for that purpose.
Install this if you intend to use Inworld for speech generation. Treat the Inworld API key as sensitive, and only set a custom baseUrl if you trust that endpoint because it will receive the API key and text submitted for speech synthesis.
