OCR Web Service

Security checks across malware telemetry and agentic risk

Overview

This skill is a disclosed wrapper for OCR Web Service through OOMOL's oo CLI, with no hidden code, persistence, or destructive behavior found.

Before installing, be comfortable using OOMOL's oo CLI and sending OCR document URLs through OOMOL and OCR Web Service. Review the remote CLI installer if the CLI is not already installed, and only process documents whose contents you are allowed to share with that service.

Finding
The trigger language is overly broad: it says to use this skill for ANY OCR Web Service request and whenever a task involves OCR Web Service, which can cause the agent to invoke the skill in situations where a narrower or safer path would be more appropriate. This increases the chance of unintended external requests, unnecessary data disclosure to the connector, or bypassing more context-specific safeguards simply because OCR is mentioned.
