Overview
This Freshdesk skill is a disclosed read-focused connector that uses the OOMOL oo CLI to access Freshdesk through the user's connected account.
Install only if you trust OOMOL and intend to let the oo CLI access your Freshdesk account. Review the OOMOL connection and Freshdesk scopes, since ticket and conversation reads can expose customer or business data. Treat the curl-to-shell install step as normal but sensitive setup work and use it only if the oo CLI is not already installed.
