Overview
This is a local image deduplication tool that matches its stated purpose, but it can automatically move many image files inside the folder you choose.
Install only if you are comfortable with a tool that recursively scans a selected photo folder and moves detected duplicates automatically. Run it first on a narrow folder or backup copy, use a high similarity threshold, and inspect the created recycle folder before permanently deleting anything.
