Olares Dashboard (olares-cli dashboard)

Security checks for vulnerabilities and agentic risk

Overview

This skill is a documentation-only helper for querying Olares dashboard metrics through the existing olares-cli, with its monitoring and admin-scoped options disclosed.

Before installing, be comfortable with an agent querying Olares dashboard metrics through your active olares-cli profile. Use output caps such as --head, --limit, --watch-iterations, or --watch-timeout for large or live queries, and only use --user for other Olares IDs when you intentionally want platform-admin scoped visibility.

Vulnerability Patterns
  • Skill Instruction HijackingAlters the agent's session goals or safety constraints when the skill loads
  • Agent Memory PoisoningWrites attacker-controlled rules into memory that affect later sessions
  • Remote Payload Retrieval and ExecutionFetches external code whose behavior can change after review
  • Embedded Malicious CodeShips malicious scripts inside the skill and executes them locally
  • Unauthorized Access and Privilege EscalationObtains permissions beyond the task's legitimate needs
Vulnerability Patterns
  • Output HandlingUnvalidated Output Injection, Cross-Context Output, Unbounded Output
  • Prompt InjectionInstruction Override, Hidden Instructions, Exfiltration Commands
  • Data ExfiltrationExternal Transmission, Env Variable Harvesting, File System Enumeration
  • Privilege EscalationExcessive Permissions, Sudo/Root Execution, Credential Access
  • Supply ChainUnpinned Dependencies, External Script Fetching, Obfuscated Code

Finding

Output size or generation rate is not bounded. Unbounded output enables denial-of-service through resource exhaustion, log flooding, or context-window stuffing.

md
| Flag | Purpose |
|---|---|
| `-o, --output table\|json` | Output format (default `table`). JSON is the agent-facing form |
| `--head N` | Truncate to the first N rows after sorting (0 = no truncation) |
| `--limit N` / `--page N` | Pagination knobs (0 = upstream defaults) |
| `--since D` | Relative window (e.g. `5m`, `1h`). **Sliding when `--watch`** |
| `--start <RFC3339>` / `--end <RFC3339>` | Absolute window. **Fixed across iterations when `--watch`**. Mutually exclusive with `--since` |
