Skill Reviewer

Security checks for vulnerabilities and agentic risk

Overview

This skill is a disclosed local reviewer for other skills and does not show hidden network access, persistence, credential use, or destructive behavior.

Installers should understand that this is mainly a Chinese-language skill-review workflow. It runs local shell/Python validation against skill files and expects skill-creator for deeper review; review the output before acting on suggested changes.

Vulnerability Patterns
  • Skill Instruction HijackingAlters the agent's session goals or safety constraints when the skill loads
  • Agent Memory PoisoningWrites attacker-controlled rules into memory that affect later sessions
  • Remote Payload Retrieval and ExecutionFetches external code whose behavior can change after review
  • Embedded Malicious CodeShips malicious scripts inside the skill and executes them locally
  • Unauthorized Access and Privilege EscalationObtains permissions beyond the task's legitimate needs
Vulnerability Patterns
  • MCP Least PrivilegeUnderdeclared Capability, Wildcard Permission, Missing Permission Declaration
  • Prompt InjectionInstruction Override, Hidden Instructions, Exfiltration Commands
  • Data ExfiltrationExternal Transmission, Env Variable Harvesting, File System Enumeration
  • Privilege EscalationExcessive Permissions, Sudo/Root Execution, Credential Access
  • Supply ChainUnpinned Dependencies, External Script Fetching, Obfuscated Code

MCP Least Privilege
Confidence
70% confidence
Finding
Without declared permissions the skill's intent is opaque and cannot be validated.

Natural-Language Policy Violations

Medium
Confidence
90% confidence
Finding
This markdown file contains core user-facing instructions in Chinese, and the rest of the document continues in Chinese without stating that the skill supports multiple languages or that Chinese is required. That can violate a language/locale policy when users are not given an explicit choice or opt-in.

MCP Rug Pull
Confidence
70% confidence
Finding
npx commands without a version suffix (e.g. @1.0.0) create a rug-pull risk if the upstream server is compromised and publishes a malicious update.

Natural-Language Policy Violations

Medium
Confidence
93% confidence
Finding
The file’s operative instructions are written in Chinese and do not offer an alternative language or indicate that the skill is intentionally limited to Chinese-speaking users. Under the policy, forcing a specific language without user opt-in is a natural-language policy concern.
