This is a small GitHub CLI helper skill with no executable payload, but it can guide use of the user's existing GitHub permissions.
Install only if you intend to let the agent help run GitHub CLI commands. Before allowing writes, merges, comments, workflow changes, secret changes, or broad `gh api` calls, confirm the target repository and the GitHub account currently authenticated in `gh`.
