Overview
This skill is a disclosed preflight review adapter that sends refs-only action metadata to Neura Relay and does not execute the downstream action itself.
Before installing, be aware that live use sends proposed-action references and summaries to Neura Relay. Do not include raw secrets, raw commands, private file contents, or message bodies in the refs or summaries, and verify the configured relayBaseUrl if you override the default endpoint.
