Overview
This skill locally converts user-selected CSV files into formatted Excel reports and shows no evidence of hidden access, persistence, or unrelated behavior.
Install this if you need CSV-to-Excel report generation. Use it only with CSV files you intend to process, choose the output path carefully because the script can create directories and overwrite the target workbook, and install openpyxl only in an environment where adding that dependency is acceptable.
