revert.wtf Agent API Skill

Security checks for vulnerabilities and agentic risk

Overview

This skill is a narrow guide for using revert.wtf APIs and packages, with explicit warnings not to send secrets or personal data.

Use this skill only with error text you are comfortable sending to revert.wtf or keep analysis local through package subpaths where appropriate. Do not submit secrets, seed phrases, tokens, unreleased exploit details, or personal data.

Vulnerability Patterns
  • Skill Instruction HijackingAlters the agent's session goals or safety constraints when the skill loads
  • Agent Memory PoisoningWrites attacker-controlled rules into memory that affect later sessions
  • Remote Payload Retrieval and ExecutionFetches external code whose behavior can change after review
  • Embedded Malicious CodeShips malicious scripts inside the skill and executes them locally
  • Unauthorized Access and Privilege EscalationObtains permissions beyond the task's legitimate needs
Vulnerability Patterns
  • Data ExfiltrationExternal Transmission, Env Variable Harvesting, File System Enumeration
  • Privilege EscalationExcessive Permissions, Sudo/Root Execution, Credential Access
  • Prompt InjectionInstruction Override, Hidden Instructions, Exfiltration Commands
  • Supply ChainUnpinned Dependencies, External Script Fetching, Obfuscated Code
  • Excessive AgencyUnrestricted Tool Access, Autonomous Decision Making, Scope Creep

Credential Access

High
Category
Privilege Escalation
Confidence
70% confidence
Finding

Code accesses credential files (SSH keys, AWS credentials, etc.). This could indicate credential theft attempts.

md
- `POST /api/selector` with `{ "selector": "0x08c379a0" }`
- `POST /api/search` with `{ "query": "AA23", "limit": 20, "offset": 0 }`

Inputs are capped for parsing. Do not paste private keys, seed phrases, access tokens, unreleased exploit details, or personal data.

Use `/api/search` for discovery and `/api/explain` for a specific raw failure.
Search returns summaries; fetch or explain the selected item instead of asking

External Transmission

Medium
Category
Data Exfiltration
Confidence
60% confidence
Finding

Data is being sent to an external URL. This could be legitimate telemetry or data exfiltration. Manual review is recommended.
