Overview
This skill is a disclosed paid PDF conversion helper that uses a scoped low-balance Solana wallet and sends only approved PDF inputs to Utilia.
Install only if you are comfortable using Utilia's paid service and a dedicated low-balance Solana wallet. Use public PDFs when possible, approve any private file upload explicitly, and do not reuse a primary wallet or paste private keys into prompts or commands.
