This is a small diagnostic skill that only asks the user to check whether an installed SKILL.md matches the published copy.

This appears safe for normal installation. It is a diagnostic fixture rather than a production workflow skill, so install it only if you want to test ClawHub publish/install consistency or inspect that specific registry behavior.
