Security audit

codex-cli-exec

Security checks across malware telemetry and agentic risk

Overview

This skill is a documentation-only guide for using Codex CLI with OpenClaw, with ordinary cautions around authentication and filesystem scope.

Install this only if you want a skill that teaches agents how to run Codex CLI tasks. Use dedicated workspaces, keep sandboxing and approvals enabled where practical, avoid broad `--add-dir` paths, and use `Always allow`, `-a never`, or API-key login only in controlled environments where you understand the access being granted.
