This skill is a scoped memory-authoring helper that can propose durable memory changes but cannot approve or merge them itself.

Install this only if you want the agent to create durable memory proposals for a Charon/Lethe project. Review what it stores, because durable memory can affect future work, but the artifact includes clear boundaries: no credentials, no private chain-of-thought, owned refs only, and no self-review or self-merge.
