Overview
This is a coherent local workflow skill that adds persistent agent guidance and project governance files, with no artifact evidence of exfiltration, credential theft, or destructive behavior.
Install only in workspaces where you want persistent agent routing files such as AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md imports, or platform rule files. Use dry-run first, review generated governance hooks before enabling them, and avoid putting sensitive data into generated reports or test-mode outboxes. If network isolation matters, do not use the optional dashboard CDN path without vendoring Mermaid locally.
