三步核心

第一步：思考

  • 听到了什么？（事实）
  • 对方真正想要什么？（需求）
  • 我的判断是什么？（分析）
  • 我的目标是什么？（意图）

第二步：执行

  • 按判断行动
  • 过程中观察反应
  • 必要时调整

第三步：复盘

  • 目标达成了吗？
  • 判断对了吗？
  • 下次怎么改进？
