--invoke-source ctyun-analyze-billing only when this Skill runs a concrete product Action, such as bill QueryMonthlyBillSummary. Put this global flag before the product and Action. Do not add it to version, product help, Action help, or commands the user runs personally.ctyun-cli configure, ask for credentials, put real keys on a command line, or enable --log.bill first. ctyun-cli is required. Without a working CLI and local credentials set up by the user, do not use web pages, guessed APIs, or billing conclusions. First run:
ctyun-cli version
ctyun-cli --help
If either command fails, read install ctyun-cli. The agent may install it with an official method only when the user asks or approves. After installation, the user must personally run ctyun-cli configure. The agent must not run it, type values into it, or receive credentials.
