Security checks for vulnerabilities and agentic risk

Overview

This skill is a narrow markdown guide for creating top announcement banners and does not include code, installation steps, persistence, or hidden high-impact behavior.

Installers should expect this skill to help with announcement and promo banner design. Review the trigger wording if you want stricter routing, but no security-significant behavior was found in the artifact.

Vulnerability Patterns
  • Skill Instruction HijackingAlters the agent's session goals or safety constraints when the skill loads
  • Agent Memory PoisoningWrites attacker-controlled rules into memory that affect later sessions
  • Remote Payload Retrieval and ExecutionFetches external code whose behavior can change after review
  • Embedded Malicious CodeShips malicious scripts inside the skill and executes them locally
  • Unauthorized Access and Privilege EscalationObtains permissions beyond the task's legitimate needs

Finding

The activation description is unusually broad, listing many common marketing and design terms that can cause this skill to trigger for routine requests beyond narrowly scoped top-banner work. Over-broad routing can misapply the skill, override a more appropriate specialist skill, and lead to irrelevant guidance or unintended access to project context files.
