Security checks for vulnerabilities and agentic risk

Overview

This is a simple careers-page writing guide with no executable code, persistence, or external data transfer.

Installers should be aware that generic recruiting-related words may invoke this skill, and that it may read .claude/project-context.md or .cursor/project-context.md if present to tailor employer-brand messaging. Review those files if they contain private company context, but no executable or persistent behavior was found.

Vulnerability Patterns
  • Skill Instruction HijackingAlters the agent's session goals or safety constraints when the skill loads
  • Agent Memory PoisoningWrites attacker-controlled rules into memory that affect later sessions
  • Remote Payload Retrieval and ExecutionFetches external code whose behavior can change after review
  • Embedded Malicious CodeShips malicious scripts inside the skill and executes them locally
  • Unauthorized Access and Privilege EscalationObtains permissions beyond the task's legitimate needs

Finding

The invocation description is broad enough to trigger on generic recruiting-related phrases like 'jobs,' 'hiring,' or 'company culture' even when the user may not actually want a careers page. This can cause inappropriate skill activation and unintended reading of project context files, creating unnecessary context exposure and reducing routing reliability.
