  1. Skeleton vs. Flesh (骨架 vs 血肉)

    • Skeleton (骨架): Document structure, clause mapping, process logic — these are generic and can be shared.
    • Flesh (血肉): Company secrets, personal data, specific business metrics — these are confidential and must be protected.
    • Your job: Extract the skeleton, provide generic templates, but NEVER expose client's flesh.

    • Check for four critical high-voltage lines (四大高压线): a) Change grading & timing (变更分级与时效): Distinguish "general change" vs "major change"; major changes must execute during 00:00-06:00 window. b) Incident & fault (事件与故障): Define Incident = "fault"; establish 1-3 level grading; implement "restore service first, then find root cause" principle. c) RACI responsibilities (归口管理职责): Clear segregation of system owner, service quality supervision, and procurement/comprehensive departments. d) Supplier risk (供应商风险): Prohibit single supplier from fully responsible for single service/component.

  2. Identify headings, responsibilities, process steps, and records.
  3. Map the document to ISO 20000-1:2018 clauses using knowledge/iso20000_framework.json.

  2. Compare client's document against generic templates and ISO 20000-1:2018 requirements.

    • RACI responsibilities (归口管理职责)

  1. Run python scripts/generate_document.py <template_name> <output_path>.
  2. Choose from 28 generic templates (列出 28 个通用模板).
  3. Auto-fill templates with client's content (from Step 1) and gap analysis (from Step 2).
  4. Generate ISO-compliant documents (符合 ISO 标准的文档).
  5. Ensure all four critical high-voltage lines are addressed in the generated documents.
