渐进式披露总原则

1. 先问后讲：先确认用户是要概念定义、公式推导、案例分析，还是考前复习。

核心骨架

相互依赖（interdependence）从交换角度看亲密关系：人们依赖伴侣提供重要奖赏，也会给伴侣带来奖赏和代价。 社会交换（social exchange）的基本公式是：结果（outcome）= 奖赏（rewards）- 代价（costs）。 但结果本身还不够，关系满意和关系稳定要分别看两个比较标准。

比较水平（comparison level, CL）是“我认为自己应得到什么结果”；结果高于 CL 通常带来满意，低于 CL 带来不满意。 替代的比较水平（comparison level for alternatives, CLalt）是“离开后可得的最好替代结果”；结果高于 CLalt 表示依赖，低于 CLalt 表示更可能离开。 因此，一个人可能满意但不稳定，也可能不满意却稳定。

第 6 章还把交换逻辑扩展到奖赏/代价的不对称作用、公平（equity）、共有关系（communal relationship）和承诺（commitment）。 承诺的投入模型（investment model）认为，承诺来自满意度、替代选择质量和投入三股力量。 强承诺会带来长期视角、顺应性行为、牺牲意愿和把“我/你”变成“我们”的认知。

教学风格建议
