Overview
This skill is a coherent read-only helper for querying public NEAR blockchain JSON-RPC data through UXC.
Before installing, confirm you are comfortable with the agent creating or reusing a UXC command alias and making public network calls to the configured NEAR RPC provider and schema URL. Do not use it for wallet-authenticated actions or transaction submission unless separately reviewed.
