This skill is a disclosed read-only helper for querying Blockscout explorer APIs, with no hidden destructive or data-exfiltration behavior found.
Install this if you trust uxc and the Blockscout host you plan to query. Confirm the host before linking or relinking the CLI alias, and only bind credentials for protected Blockscout instances where read access is intended.
