Discord Doctor

Security checks across malware telemetry and agentic risk

Overview

This Discord diagnostic skill appears purpose-aligned, but its auto-fix mode can change system state and persistence-related files without clearly described confirmation or rollback controls.

Install only if you want an agent to help repair a local Discord/ClawDIS gateway. Run diagnostics first, review any proposed `--fix` action, and be prepared for changes to LaunchAgents, npm-installed packages, OAuth/session checks, and the `~/.clawdis` configuration directory.

Finding
The skill advertises a `--fix` mode that can start services, install packages, remove a launchd plist, and move a config directory, but it does not provide an explicit warning about side effects, scope, or any confirmation step. Those actions modify system state and persistence-related files, so a user could trigger disruptive or hard-to-reverse changes without fully understanding the impact.
