Use Cliche Data in Docs

Security checks for vulnerabilities and agentic risk

Overview

This skill only gives documentation hygiene guidance to replace real implementation data with generic placeholders, with no executable behavior or hidden access.

Installing this skill should mainly make the agent more conservative when writing public documentation by replacing real names, emails, domains, paths, and organization details with placeholders. Review generated docs for accuracy, because generic placeholders can occasionally make examples less specific or less useful.

Vulnerability Patterns
  • Skill Instruction HijackingAlters the agent's session goals or safety constraints when the skill loads
  • Agent Memory PoisoningWrites attacker-controlled rules into memory that affect later sessions
  • Remote Payload Retrieval and ExecutionFetches external code whose behavior can change after review
  • Embedded Malicious CodeShips malicious scripts inside the skill and executes them locally
  • Unauthorized Access and Privilege EscalationObtains permissions beyond the task's legitimate needs
Vulnerability Patterns
  • Trigger AbuseOverly Broad Trigger, Shadow Command Trigger, Keyword Baiting Trigger
  • Prompt InjectionInstruction Override, Hidden Instructions, Exfiltration Commands
  • Data ExfiltrationExternal Transmission, Env Variable Harvesting, File System Enumeration
  • Privilege EscalationExcessive Permissions, Sudo/Root Execution, Credential Access
  • Supply ChainUnpinned Dependencies, External Script Fetching, Obfuscated Code

Finding

The description says to use this skill when writing README files, updating docs folders, creating example snippets, or editing markdown documentation, which covers a very wide range of common documentation work. It does not provide explicit exclusion conditions or negative examples to clarify when ordinary doc edits should not trigger the skill.
