This is a payment-safety checklist skill that is conservative and purpose-aligned, with no executable code or hidden install behavior.

Install this only if you want the agent to apply conservative payment checks. Users should still avoid sharing OTPs, passwords, CVVs, full account numbers, or other secrets in chat and should execute payments only through trusted official payment surfaces.
