This is a mostly coherent instruction-only upgrade blueprint, but it proposes automatic environment-variable context capture that could expose secrets unless it is narrowed and redacted.

Install only if you intend to modify persistent OpenClaw agent policy files. Before applying, remove or narrow any automatic environment-variable snapshot behavior, redact secrets, apply changes in a clean branch, review exact edits to IDENTITY.md and AGENTS.md, keep the existing permission pipeline, and prepare a rollback point.
