分析流程

第一步:确认系统边界 明确分析对象是什么,它的边界在哪里,什么在系统外部。

第二步:按九要素依次拆解 不必严格按顺序,可根据分析目的灵活选取重点要素深入。

第三步:找要素之间的关联 九要素不是孤立存在的,找出它们之间的依赖关系和传导链条。

第四步:综合输出系统画像 整合九要素分析,输出整体系统画像与关键洞察。


输出格式

每个要素给出:

  • 核心发现(这个要素揭示了什么)
  • 关键洞察(一句话)

最终综合,输出:

系统画像:这个系统是什么,它的运作逻辑,关键约束,关键驱动因子,以及它在更大环境中的位置。
