Workouts

Security checks across malware telemetry and agentic risk

Overview

This appears to be a straightforward local workout-tracking skill that stores workout records on the user's machine.

Before installing, be aware that workout records and notes may be saved locally in `~/workouts/`. Use a private machine or delete/change that folder if you do not want persistent fitness history stored there.

Finding
The skill explicitly creates a local workspace at ~/workouts/ and stores potentially sensitive personal fitness and health-adjacent data, but it does not warn the user that files will be created and retained locally. This is primarily a transparency and privacy issue rather than a direct exploit, but it can lead to unintended persistence of personal data on shared or monitored systems.
