Overview

This is a coherent real-estate investing guidance skill that stores limited local notes and does not show hidden network, credential, privilege, or destructive behavior.

Before installing, be aware that the skill can keep recurring real-estate strategy, deal, market, and decision notes in ~/real-estate-investing/. Avoid storing lender logins, tax IDs, full legal documents, account numbers, or other highly sensitive personal data there unless you deliberately choose to manage that risk.
