This ACT prep skill is a plain Markdown study assistant with disclosed local progress files and no evidence of hidden execution, network access, credential use, or destructive behavior.
Before installing, users should be comfortable with ACT study information being saved locally in ~/act/. Review or delete that folder if it contains scores, target schools, test dates, or other planning details you no longer want retained.
The skill explicitly directs storage of user data under ~/act/ but does not warn the user that study history, target colleges, test dates, and performance information will persist locally. While this is not an overtly malicious behavior, undisclosed persistence can expose sensitive educational and planning data to other local users, backups, or later unintended reuse.
The document contains a section explicitly labeled "English" without offering any language or locale choice. Under the stated policy, forcing a specific language without user opt-in is a natural-language policy concern unless the constraint is clearly documented and justified.
