Purpose & Capability
The name/description (productivity system: goals, tasks, habits, planning, reviews) match the actual instructions: creating and using a ~/productivity/ folder with templates. There are no unrelated binaries, credentials, or external services requested.
Instruction Scope
Runtime instructions instruct the agent to create ~/productivity/ and many template files, consult and update files in that folder, and optionally suggest adding routing snippets to AGENTS.md or SOUL.md. This is in-scope for a local productivity OS, but the user should expect the skill to write files in their home directory and review any suggested edits to workspace-level routing files before applying them.
Install Mechanism
No install spec, no downloads, and no code files — instruction-only. This is the lowest install risk (nothing arbitrary is written to disk except the explicit productivity files the skill asks to create).
Credentials
The skill requests no environment variables, no credentials, and no config paths beyond ~/productivity/ (declared). There are no disproportionate secrets or unrelated env access.
Persistence & Privilege
always:false and model invocation allowed (normal). The skill will create and persist files under ~/productivity/ and can recommend adding routing snippets to AGENTS.md or SOUL.md; review those changes before accepting as they can alter how future agent routing or workspace conventions behave.
Assessment
This skill is instruction-only and appears to be what it claims: a local productivity 'OS' built in ~/productivity/. If you install or allow setup, expect the agent to create directories and many template files in your home directory. Before proceeding: (1) confirm you want files created in ~/productivity/; (2) review the created files (especially memory.md) and avoid storing secrets or sensitive personal data there; (3) decline or carefully review any suggested edits to global workspace files (AGENTS.md or SOUL.md) if you don’t want automatic routing changes; (4) you can use the skill without accepting persistent memory—only enable that if you’re comfortable saving recurring preferences locally.

Like a lobster shell, security has layers — review code before you run it.
